People is amazing, we are all adults and we understand that, so we know and we are given with the confidence to solve problems at work by ourselves

I like transparency, they always try to communicate what's going on in the company, the good things and the bad things, and the existing processes to make all that clear
What are some of the best things about your team?
The community is awesome, is open minded and you always feel safe around them, people is specifically selected to match our values and there are certain rules that prevents people from making judgments
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part is that they are thought for the community not for popularity, if it happens that the employees have new needs, perks are updated to serve those needs, that's cool, we also have the option to work remotely, PTO additional to vacation, screens, laptops, cool offices, etc..
