I have very good experience working with Encora. I can lots of changes during the transition from Indecomm to Encora and which is positive, so i am good.

work culture we are following, i think hybrid module is perfectly fine..
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are putting their 100% hard work to get the assigned job done but i again felt that the return they are getting is not sufficient.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt that the renumeration i am getting for my roles is not justified. I believe the roles and renumeration should be same for respective roles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Need more clarity in terms of the any change in the policies. Right now, we came to know about the changes from unauthorized channels which result in unnecessary confusion. For example - There is news about changing in leave balance policy, however we haven't received any formal communication.
