What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since I haven't been to our Encora Office. We work for Client place and due to COVID we did not got chance to meet up our Managers at our Corp Office
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Reporting Managers are well recognized in the field of client support. They do listen to us and motivate us when we are very needy for our day to day operation. Also they gave us the advantage of learning new things. I am happy to be in good hands of Kushal Thimmiah & Arun Kumar Kundra.
