It has been 7 months since I started working with Encora. The work is good providing a lot of growth opportunities. Work life balance is there. Improvement is needed in employee issues resolution as HR responsiveness is slow.

Client team members are helpful and up to date with latest technology
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The client are good and don't require me to work late at night.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much aware of the leadership team as I don't see many emails regarding them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The HR is not responsive. Many small issues take way longer than expected to get resolved. Need to take constant follow-up for resolution which affects focus on actual work.
