I've grown as an engineer and am exposed to cutting edge technologies across multiple Encora projects. I'm also involved in the internal improvement of our overall front-end development frameworks to be used in other projects in the future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We function like a startup. Top talent rises to the top and is given the freedom to explore their potential.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I started as a tech lead, but am also carrying other responsibilities within Encora. A small bump would be nice, but nevertheless, I have no doubts that I will grow within the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has a willingness to work and share new ideas. Even though our pods are sometimes miles apart, knowing that we're all part of the same umbrella brings a degree of camaraderie off the jump.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm given the voice and encouraged to explore my interests within the bounds of our overall corporate interests. I'm left to do my job, with the reassurance that my manager is there for support whenever I might need him
