all i have been working through 2 yrs of my career here is good part that the work culture and higher ups treating us or responding us and guiding us is being very helpful and making us more productive and feel transparent to share new ideas and reach the goals

nobody pressurize or molest or torture on work or on goals they know and make us remember on goals and our responsibilities and we complete it

my managers my team mates all are so transparent about the work and work ethics so the team is going well and doing well all through love working with them together for 2 yrs and want to continue more
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
about the micro management and monitoring the employees which i have not seen here in this company everybody works good and they no need lik to monitor like school kids i found happy here bcoz of no micro management
What do you like best about the leadership team?
leadership seems not only mentoring its all about make the team grow and team mates focus on the goal and achieve the desired path and making their individual success and team success both and i found it my leader doing it and inspired more about it my manager scott saranya suraj helping me a lot
