Has been the best experience I've ever had, the people, the opportunities, the payroll. Today, I have been working at Encora for one year and all this time has been amazing, principles and values by all the people that works at Encora, full support from them.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
At the beginning it was very nice to work here (2020 ) then the people started to change (specially in the higher positions) honestly I don't know why, for me that should not be like that!! I will always grateful at Encora, but the company was completely different when I started here!!

Others companies pay better than Encora in the same positions! more salary!!
What makes you most happy at work?
have the opportunity to WFH! the people here are not the best lately!! I think the people with higher positions should have more empathy whit all of us!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they used to do activities for special dates, like Halloween or Valentine's day, it was nice, with WFH you do not get to see or talk to your co workers often so I think it would be awesome if they start to do it again
