I love working with my team but I feel like ENCORA is not taking action to connect with all their workers. The promotion process is not clear and needs refinement, the equipment is poor and I had to buy most of my stuff to work. Salary compensation is low. Is a good company but needs improvements

Challenges, but I would expect consideration and an equal level of reciprocity from the company towards me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We connected so well and even though we are in different countries, feel like a family, and that is what has been keeping me in this job and not accepting other offers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say that our close circle of the team built that culture, because most of encorians feel abandoned. Since we share more time with the team, I think that fostering respect and help when needed is the best thing of the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Since it is a large company, connecting with workers is complicated and most of us might feel abandoned. Care about devs. Better equipment for devs is a must and I don't see any plans around that. Clear goals and clear path to grow. Promotion process needs refinement and clarity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont see that any of the hard effort I put on my work is visible to the company, although the client likes my work and I received good feedback, I feel like Encora does not care and all the hard work seems in vain. Increasing the salary will help, but definitely there is room to improve.
