Few managers and senior management peoples are very careless here and not managing and working as expected and have started recently firing the employees randomly. Please look into this kind of culture which shows bad culture and mindset of company.

Dont have useless policies and partial and political managers, BU heads and other senior persons.

No employee friendly activities there. Rigid work environment. Not many HRs gives reply to the queries asked.

No actively activities for project search and allocation. No transparency in communication. make this all better and clear for employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership & BU heads along with senior managers are playing heavy politics here.They n business analyst team are not able to bring & attract enough clients for work.Hence they get pressure to maintain budget so,to cut cost they are firing employees randomly by making their low performance as excuse
