No negotiation during onboarding, rather I was paid as par with the market standards. Annual salary hike is also satisfactory and far far better than Many big brands IT Tech companies like. Techm, IBM, Tata comms etc.

I do not have a team as I am an individual contributor. but I do meet my counterpart team members and they are all expert in their own field. Always good to learn diverse technologies from them.

No salary negotiation at the time of joining. My roles in company were explained well while joining. Fair annual appraisal and this rather push you to work hard and take the company's reputation forward as expected by the leadership.
