Diversity and equal opportunity. Largely everyone is respectful of each other irrespective of the hierarchies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is "humanness" in the leadership team, a rare corporate quality. Need to see more diversity in the leadership team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A peer in the same position is most likely getting paid at least 15%-20% more just because of the gender perhaps. Also, we need better salary structure for tax saving.
