It started as a great opportunity, was great the first years, but slowly my team changed, changed the priorities, changed the responsibilities, and when I ask for a salary adjustment, they say that is not a good time. I got good feedback from my leads, but seems to be not enough

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My responsibilities got bigger, but my salary is the same after 3 years. After discussing that with my partner, they keep saying they are not in a good moment to do it. Currently looking to different job proposals, I'm not feeling happy any more here
