Very good so far, but is decreasing year after year

Very good, but I see that we have a deficit on meritocracy, you have to be a bootlicker to grow on the company or have some lucky to be on the big projects, so in very short time you are going from developer, to team leader, manager and then Director

Culture is respect and environment is coworkers that are very friendly and always open to help

I like their transparency about how the company is going on and also about having their feet on the ground about the future.

Flexibility and all the things that we have on the office, easy to park, ar conditioner, coffe, nice friends on the project, etc

That there are many ways to gain a compensation, for you work, for you sponsor some friend, for some goal achieved, participating of some internal game, etc

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Manager very good but very busy, things that could be with others teams is pushed to the manager do, like take care of some financial thing, why we have a financial team if are the manager that are going to charge the client?
