Most of my 5-year experience here has been with some interesting challenges and opportunities to show my work not only on the scope of my team but to a broader audience within the rest of the company. The company has some work to do reallocating people between projects though.

They're very serious professionals and don't embrace the hype of selling us dreams. I like the way they are transparent, frank and with a strong sense of ethics.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has made a big shift for the past 4 years and has been more inclusive. Also, the efforts for tackling toxic behaviors is happening in a daily manner.
