Soemtimes it feels loonely since we interact directly with customers and manager is not involved on daily tasks. Based on some information on the townhalls scared sometimes that the future is not certain for anyone

It was good at the beginning, but now it feels as if high managers do not care about their employees future. It even feels that it annoys high managers if we look for help with HR.
