What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Inclusiveness. Stop recognizing the same people and stop saying you need to sell yourself to be taken into account. Your work is the best way to tell if you are doing things right or not. Do your job and find the people that are doing a great work and stop complaining they don't sell themselves

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because despite the work I have done the same persons are always picked for the employee recognition. When I have asked for help to complete my post bachelor degree helping any project I have received only excuses to not help me. They haven shown interest in my personal growth or my ideas.
