The freedom to take days off and the fact there is no micromanagement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired as a backend dev. Now I'm full stack with cloud knowledge in both azure and aws and I've not gotten any salary increase for 2 years.
