The onboarding was rough, but everything else has been smooth going. It is highly stressful during the design work but we are sorting that out. I don't mind though, it makes the day go by super fast.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work!!! It feels so good to be under high stress and fast design sprints!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well I wanted to join the compensation package but I am waiting to see if my contract will be extrended.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the communication! If I have an issue or can't problem solve something I know I can go to one of my co-workers for help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co workers are delightful! Louis and Anthony and Debora have been the ones I have talked to the most but Jessica and Sandra have been fabulous as well!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love being here! I just wish the onboarding was a bit smoother, but everyone has been so wonderful and understanding of the situation. They all have been trying to help me sort out the issues to the fullest. I know we will get there.
