There are pros and cons to the company. There are just individuals who may not share the same values of the company that may create a negative work environment but there are still a lot of good employees that I enjoy working with.

Manager-to-client communication. The manager needs to be transparent with their decisions and changes in the team.

Transparency and not make-up rules. Updates in policy should be done through proper channels and official email.
