The team, the challenges (that are insane), the payment, working for a big client.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is huge, that's why I'm ok with no having certain benefits, the flexibility of having the payment in USD since my country has a devaluated currency.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager Arnaldo is an excellent person. Is a team player, is always willing to help, and support the team. However is the policies that renegates the contractors that bugs me.
