Health insurance and the salary is not the best but is good.

Everything is clear, but in the onboarding there were some misunderstanding about the perks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a collaborate and help when we need it. Everybody listen what we want to say.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The self-confidence. You are owner of your time and you have the reposability of achive the goals. That confidence is so nice because you don't have micromanagement.
