The team that I'm leading is completely Capable and well educated
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to have knowledge about the Dev/QA and be updated, most of them seem to be a Manager that comes from Banks and not from tech companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I shared my concerns with the manager, but no action was made (I had some benefits with my older project they were removed with my new project), they only act when you are moving to another company.
