What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are willing to help out each other, most of them are respectful in all senses, it's possible for you to make friendships thanks to the quality of people they are and everyone is happy with their job a.k.a they're good at it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actively inform Encora members of what's happening, they are open to hear you, they continuously implement the best practices to keep on growing, they are present for us to get along and get to know them outside the office and they show you the way when you let them know you are lost.
