I was interviewed 20 plus years ago. Things have changed and not for the better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked for this company for over 20 years. Laid off due to Covid- I now make twice the amount after one year than working for this company after 20 years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We had a never fail approach to our work in spite of the hardships that management put in our way . It became an us versus them situation. We succeeded out of spite!
