Only a few co workers make coming to work worth while.
What makes you most happy at work?
Smoothly run events with coordination between all the vendors and clients. Freights wouldn't be backed up, no one would be in the way of one another (relatively speaking) and the clients will be happy in the end.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paying me what i am worth. For example, if I'm a rigger, i shouldn't have to do lighting AND the MOD's job while training an AV tech how to rig. If i'm doing multiple people's jobs, i should be paid for it.
