Long hours, crazy schedules, medium pay, tough clients. But at the end of the day, if you have a good team beside you, you like what you do, and everyone does their job well...it's worth the stress. Not everyday...but, as a whole.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That my team and I get to build and produce shows that the end clients are happy about.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team is there to help their employees be better. The upper leadership team doesn't care about the "boots on the ground" people and are just worried about their bottom line.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team! If I didn't have them, I wouldn't be going to work everyday. The hours are long, the pay isn't good enough for what we do. But my team makes the hard days not so hard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My crew I work with day in and day out are my second family. They are the reason I work everyday and I why I keep coming back. Not all cities are like that...I've worked with some terrible crews. But mine...it's awesome.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Back when I was hired in, it was face to face sit down with my direct supervisor. I've been noticing it's different now in that they want a video submission, or video interview....not sure if all interviews with PSAV are like that now, but face to face is the way to go. Always.
