The relationship between our company and the hotel is good. My specific team is great and has good morale, and this is less true throughout the region

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work load and expectations required of techs exceed the hourly compensation by a lot. This is a field that requires a pre existing set of skills and PSAV technicians are the lowest paid hourly workers in the industry
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team building aspect of the job is very important. My team gets along well and we all care about providing great service so we do a good job without pressure from corporate. This is not true for many properties we staff. The team spirit is lacking at almost every other location, ours is lucky
