Management is hyper focussed on money the company is making and constantly tells you about the money you will never see. They pretend to listen to problems then get defensive when its discussed. Overall lacks the hard and soft skills required to run successfully.
Putting in the work their subordinates do, clear communication, integrity, honesty, organizing, restructuring the company to have a clear chain of command with lists of responsibilities that does not include "Just do what we say."
Communication and organization, it's easy to get confused with information because it's presented in such a poor manner.
Leadership is more worried about having people physically in the office then performance. You're tracked by metrics but there is zero repercussions for low performance and the hard workers are expected to pick up the slack. They claim to listen to issues but rarely resolve them.
benefits are expensive! They don't have the bargaining power with the brokers to get good deals. Most employees are one accident or medical emergency away from bankruptcy
I am valued and know I am as I have been told by management such, most of my coworkers have. The issue is that management says how much they value us but are not willing to pay us a liveable wage or a competitive salary that represents how much we each do every day.
Workers are constantly under paid and valued. Expected to work over time constantly through out the year and where multiple hats with no extra compensation. Leadership always finds a reason to not give out a complete bonus. Health insurance expensive especially for families.

Work-life separation. The CEO says that we lift up American schools and acts like Yearbooks are a matter of life and death. Your job should be important but prioritizing your job over family, sleep, and mental and physical health is never good or healthy. Value your employees as much as the customer
The CEO holds all the power in hiring people. He acts like yearbooks are life and death, asks WAY too many personal questions to later weaponize against you.
The first people you meet are nice for the initial interview but eventually you interview with the CEO who makes it seem like you're applying for NASA.
The first interview is mostly about the job and the CEO holds all the power if you get hired. He has made people cry during interviews and thats no way to treat anyone.
Customers are frustrated with Entourage because they lie. Books arrive late due to the production department messing up, customers never receive their refunds until months later even though they are told it would take weeks. Customers receive terrible product that falls apart.
Leadership needs to listen to the people they work with. They are suffering burn out from insane hours in the spring and leadership created a toxic, gaslighting environment. They are too busy counting the cash in their hand to fix any problems.
Honestly a lot but their mostly stuck in their ways. Needs new life
