Some managers are empathetic but ultimately they are all controlled by a horrible CEO

Matching 401k program is great
The people you work with are the best part. Everyone goes out of there way to help each other and teach each other since a formalized training program does not exist.
Everyone (excluding three or so members of management) at Entourage are hard workers and will work double hours just to get the job done right. Everyone is kind, smart, and helpful. Entourage has some of the hardest working people I've ever met and are terribly underpaid for their true value.
The team cared a tried hard
The people you work with is the best part. Everyone there is skilled and talented in a variety of skills and interests. There is always some one to bond over something with and generally support each other in work and outside of work.
We all work effectively but have fun tol
The dress code is pretty relaxed and there's some nice people that work for the company. It can be quite clique-y at times though.
they have parties a few times a year, buy dinner during the busy season (because you arent going home) but thats about it. There isn't much culture other then burn out.
Everyone takes time to help each other
How easy it was. If anything, it was too easy because when they're hiring, they will hire anyone because they offer too little and so no one wants the job unless they're desperate. Also, they underplayed how many overtime hours we work in production season. Average is 60 hrs/week March-June.
It was low key and casual
I liked that we just had three interview rounds.
When I can help customers and I'm paid for the hard work I do.
Seeing my co workers and getting paid. After all this is a job at the end of the day.
