I need to move from Job stage 5 to jib stage 6 before I can get better salary .

i hate my job, everyday is like a burden, higher people payy very less and the work is soooo much

Little increment as a fresher will be enough

To reach shares and normal level of bonuses. The company benefits package comes straight from 1964

Low payment vs the market

Compensation could be a little higher considering the high work load

because of inflation and i was transferred to home country for cost savings but local packages make the survival hard.
