What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the the compensation package is that I am paid for my knowledge and experience, and the healthcare premiums are 100% covered by esri. This is a huge benefit to my family and I.

Love the way GIS/location intelligence is integrated in every field of the society. The vibe in the User Conference every year is wonderful! Looking forward to many more years working in Esri with healthy scope of growth in my career.

The times when we lean into our impact, mission, and confidence are the reasons we flourish. When we trust each other. The times when we say "that's just the way things are," think as a corporate entity, or get tangled in monitoring and micromanagement are when we see conflict, insecurity, and ego.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviews were all remote, however there were several rounds of interviews over a couple of weeks. I appreciated the flexibility in not requiring travel to be interviewed for the position.
