The best part of the the compensation package is that I am paid for my knowledge and experience, and the healthcare premiums are 100% covered by esri. This is a huge benefit to my family and I.

The balance that everyone has - people are equally enthusiastic about going above and beyond supporting the company mission and our customers as well as respecting their work-life balance and taking time to themselves. It's a good environment.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviews were all remote, however there were several rounds of interviews over a couple of weeks. I appreciated the flexibility in not requiring travel to be interviewed for the position.
