What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works really well with each other. Really like how we can bounce ideas off each other and don't get offended by constructive criticism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In our region, Evonik used to be the best place to work. However, their salaries/wages are starting to fall behind other companies in the area. Also, my compensation is getting held back by HR policy that you have to spend a certain amount of time in each grade. I am an eg3 performing an eg4 role.
