achieving significant milestones and helping to develop more junior team members/support their careers
within my BL, we have a very supportive and aligned culture with everyone pulling in the same direction; doesn't always feel the same way with support functions and Division/Corporate level
within my BL co-workers are very engaged, they care about the business and care about each other; I don't feel as though this is the case with many of the service-providing functions, who don't seem to have the same level of investment and not always measured against clear/meaningful goals
