Evonik has many positives, but does have some structural issues. My role with another organization with my experience the compensation would be much higher.

The do care about the team and doing the right things for their people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe that the company cares about it's employees and the European vs US corporate culture is much better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
THe company is very matrixed and confusing for customers. some customers have 6-9 different bsuiness groups calling on them competiting for their time. Also the colaborate acorss business is not the best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In a sales role my bonus is not tied to my personal performance. I was hired in below my experience level vs pay band and the company. Dispite being having 3 years as a top performer I have been peanilized on my annual raise as I am at the top of my lower pay band.
