Appreciate if there are more talented and smart workers

There are no good process in place and therefore hard to work effectively. Leadership are not fixing obvious issues
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least the merit increase should be aligned with CPI increase. Currently we are taking a pay cut due to increasing CPI
