liking the company i work for. Liking the work. Liking the work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone is on the same page as far as safety and still getting the job done. Everyone gets along.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i believe they recognize what we need to do to excel in the future and whats going to grow business. if youre not progressing, youre regressing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyones input is valued. 60% of the people have PhDs. And no one goes by doctor this or doctor that. we just use first names. I was hired to do my job. and its expected that i bring my skill set and experience to the table.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i dont feel undervalued. The answer was selected due to the circumstances. We cant retain people. Im now doing engineer level work for techinician pay. Which is ok. i used to do engineering. however thats not my current role. If thats going to be asked of me, then i expect to be paid like it.
