Speaking openly is well received as long as done politely.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way we were protected during the pandemic. Good communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't had a raise in four years as I was brought in at too low a labor grade for the skills I have for the industry I support. I've capped out and was given a meager lump sum merit bonus instead of a raise the last four years. During that time I helped successfully supported a growth project.
