The teams work well in an open and trusting way. Strong sense of team and less focus on individualism helps drive projects forward
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Openness and accessibility; transparency through quarterly calls. The structure of the company does make it hard to feel connected as a wider region within the Evonik network.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a whole, our compensation packages are below competition in the US. We operate with lean teams and high expectations. The culture is good, but I do worry it won't be enough to keep key employees.
