Generally very positive. The recent WFH policy and work/life balance are very attractive. Advancement opportunities are somewhat limited without moving. Company should roll out more WFH positions.

The freedom to innovate (within reason)

They do a good job tackling problems as they arise and generally find good solutions for current issues/challenges (Covid/WFH)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good 401k match, decent pay, good work/life balance, good amount of PTO for those with 10+ years of service. Really like the new WFH policy.
