Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We clearly see our salaries offered are not so competitive, as filling new positions is difficult especially when we try to attract new talent with experience in the field we are hiring in.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Improve compensation level (salaries) across employees hay grade ranges to stay competitive. We are very behind and every year we fall more behind. Improve the compensation payouts to top performers and have a more differentiated increase to Top performers compared to Good performers.
