People overall enjoy their job and are happy working at Evonik which makes for a positive environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Good pay, good benefits, overall the plant is clean and well kept. My coworkers for the most part are enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders that I have met, thus far, seem to be very personable, approachable, and straight forward. They are open to answer questions, don't seem as if they feel they are better than front line employees, and their answers seem genuine and not as if anything is being hidden. Pretty impressive.
