I enjoy the interaction with my coworkers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compared to my last job outside Evonik, I am paid considerably more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other. We are able to tag-team projects and events. If one of us is out of the office, site tasks will still be completed. We have great camaraderie.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have really good people who work at our site. Overall, most everyone has a great work ethic with a willingness to be a team player and get the job done!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Some of the leadership does not find my position as being a 'value added' role in the company. Because mine is an assistant role, the company seems to be making a concerted effort to remove positions like mine because they are not 'value added. Obviously, I disagree with that philosophy.
