I chose to work in Blair after working as a contractor at multiple job sites around the US. Evonik in Blair, NE has the most supportive and inclusive group of Engineers that I have seen. Everyone's input, from the interns and rotational engineers to senior project engineers, is valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an atmosphere of respect, and a desire to see everyone succeed. At the end of the day we are trying to keep the plant running, so any one person's project is important to everyone's main goal. People will always take the time to help another team member.
