I am able to ask questions to my work friends.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
"Excited" is a strong word. I enjoy my work, but I wouldn't say I am giddy and excited for the commute and the time here.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some coworkers are unhelpful and form cliques with other coworkers, creating an environment where some feel excluded. These cliques make it difficult to be a team, when there are smaller groups within the whole.
