What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the Work from Home attitude. Everyone works a bit differently, and has different needs which Evonik recognizes and encourages.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need more empowerment. Operations are still silo'd without roles that can work effectively across teams. Each team is personally responsible for a specific service, so getting all teams together to troubleshoot an issue or provide new services, especially regionally, is difficult.
