They are looking out for entire company and not just one dept or business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
WE are very flexible and we learn from each other. Collaboration is extremely important and our dept does it very well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO, pay and flexible working from home Always the match of 401K Unfortunately our Medical has increased and plans have had to change. I know this is out of our control at times.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my coworkers and how we work together. We respect each other and notice that we are all different and can still accomplish the task. This is because we all have good work ethic and everyone knows their job very well.
