What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401K Match is great, and the best compared to other employers in the same field. I also really like that Volunteer Time Off (VTO) has been added.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is supportive of each other. There are downsides to work, but everybody else experiences them too, so when you're having a bad time, everyone is always willing to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the current leadership team is invested in growing the company to be more than just a workplace, they're working on improving the culture and the benefits that employees get.
