So far I have found Evonik to be EXTREMELY disorganized, which is very surprising for a German company. While the pay is good, getting things done is a challenge, and I can see why even this company has issues with employee retention.

Late shipments, delays in getting back to customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not sure at this point. Neutral.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good salary and company car provided (with no need to pay for gas)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is very poor. A lot of times they do not reply on time and do not do what needs to be done in a timely manner.
