We all work with many teams. My BL's Americas team is excellent. My BL's German-based management team is not as forthright with info sharing as they could be.
The answers to choose from are only "yes" or "no" so it doesn't tell the entire picture of the situation. Compensation can be improved especially when it comes to annual raises. Annual raises should at least be greater than published cost of living increases.
