What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Good, fair, smart Co-workers and direct managers/management are key to a positive culture and environment.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Most of my direction comes from the Smart Materials and BL leadership team and not the North American leadership team

What makes you most happy at work?

Knowing that I am contributing in a positive and welcome way. I strive to bring value to my job and Evonik.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all work with many teams. My BL's Americas team is excellent. My BL's German-based management team is not as forthright with info sharing as they could be.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The answers to choose from are only "yes" or "no" so it doesn't tell the entire picture of the situation. Compensation can be improved especially when it comes to annual raises. Annual raises should at least be greater than published cost of living increases.
