I apprecaite the time off. I think it is sufficent to unwind and take on challenges with a fresh mind, when I return.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While the company is large, my product line is small and we have a lot of enthusiasm to see things through and celebrate the highlights.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have worked here for several years. My best friends work here too. The work is demanding and we have fun tackling projects or bouncing ideas around when we reach an impass.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they establish a platform to get the job done and stand back to let it get done. Whether it is safety, diversity, quality or innovation, I know I have a job to do, the tools to do it, and a team that supports it.
